Later we met up at my friend’s Tania, Becca and Maddie’s apartment before Kikuya. Forming habits, I suppose. We all merged into a crowded Lion’s Fountain. A little after midnight my severe lack of sleep kicked in and I decided to call it a night. None of my friends were ready to leave but a nice guy I met at the bar offered to walk me home. It probably wasn’t the smartest idea but it seemed safer than walking alone. Turns out he is a model from Colombia. At least that’s what he told me.
SATC Goes To Florence
During Public Relations Strategies, I daydreamed about my possible careers. I am driven and ambitious, but completely lost as of where to start my adult life.
After class, Gabbi, Sam and I checked out Swan Gym for a free day pass promoted by Bus2alps. With an ample amount of cardio and lifting machines, Pilates and Crossfit classes, we all decided to join for the semester.
When you are sporting bikinis every weekend, a gym membership is vital.
What is Homework?
For Thursday’s philosophy class, I watched a Youtube documentary about Ancient Greece. My inner nerd kicked in and I surprisingly enjoyed the hour long clip. What I found most interesting was learning about the Athenian ruler, Pericles, and his partner Aspasia. Aspasia was considered a prostitute but Pericles treated her as an equal. She was charming, intelligent, and beautiful. Surely caught my eye.
Gab, Sam, Kaleigh, Bridget and I experienced our first aperitivo, or apertif. With the purchase of two drinks, we sampled a plate of sushi and a Korean barbeque buffet at Kome. Lounging on leather sofas and sipping Ginger cocktails, I felt like Carrie from Sex and The City.
Scratch that, Samantha.
Me and Kaleigh at Kikyua
Good night male model, thanks for the walk. I’m about to stuff my face with Brie.
